1. Who We Are SC Cabs is a cabinet manufacturer based in Bolton, UK. You can reach us at info@sccabs.com or on 01204 862287.

2. Using Our Website By using our website, you agree to these terms. All content on this site belongs to SC Cabs and must not be copied or reproduced without our written permission. We reserve the right to update the site and these terms at any time.

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are in GBP and subject to change. As our cabinets are made to order, we reserve the right to require a deposit before work begins. Full payment may be required before delivery or collection. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Lead Times We will provide an estimated lead time when your order is confirmed. As all products are manufactured to order, timescales can vary and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any delays.

5. Delivery & Collection Delivery costs and arrangements will be agreed at the time of ordering. Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know of any damage or issues within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Cancellations Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once manufacturing has begun — unless the item is faulty or not as described. Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Factory Visits We're happy to show customers around our factory by appointment. Please contact us in advance to book. All visitors must follow any health and safety instructions given on the day.

8. Our Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK law.

9. Your Privacy & GDPR We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will only collect the personal information we genuinely need — such as your name, contact details, and order information — to process your enquiry or order. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
